Khazard cell keys are a quest item in the Fight Arena quest. They are obtained by giving a Khali brew to the Head Guard in the south-eastern room of the jail at the Fight Arena, north of Yanille. The keys are used to unlock the door to the cell that holds Sammy Servil prisoner.
