A combat scratched key is a key obtained from the closed chest found in the tank route of the Monkey Madness II maze dungeon under Ape Atoll. This key can only be obtained by players who must follow the outer (southern) route. Players who follow the inner route will instead obtain a combat damaged key. These two keys are the tank route's counterpart to the agility route's bronze key.
