The Maze key is a quest item used only in Dragon Slayer I. It is obtained from the Guildmaster in the Champions' Guild when the player has returned to him after speaking to Oziach.

It is used to open the front door of Melzar's Maze.

It can be added to a steel key ring. Should players lose it before completing the quest, they may return to the Guildmaster to claim another. Afterwards, it can also be bought from the specialty shop in the Legends' Guild or received from the Guildmaster in the Champions' Guild. This key serves no further use after completing the quest.
