An earth tiara is a head slot item used in Runecraft. It is created at the Earth Altar by using a tiara or earth talisman on the altar with both in your inventory. This consumes the earth talisman and yields 32.5 Runecraft experience.

While an earth tiara is equipped, the mysterious ruins to the Earth Altar have a left-click "Enter" option, freeing up an inventory slot that the earth talisman would otherwise occupy.
