Neypotzli is a prison beneath Cam Torum that seals three powerful nagua known as the Moons of Peril, and the shaman that summoned them. Created by the Old Ones, the prison was sealed with water and earth runic energies, with Eyatlalli, a nagua of earth and stream, being summoned to watch over the prison and reinforce the seals as needed.
The prison remained hidden for thousands of years until an earthquake caused a cave-in that revealed them; though the Imcando dwarves of Cam Torum initially attempted to cover it up, news eventually spread of its discovery. Civitas illa Fortis, who wished to set up an archaeological dig in the newly-discovered ruins, attempted to make a deal with Cam Torum for access, involving expensive export deals and exclusive imports from the mainland kingdoms. After weeks of negotiations, the deal finally went through, allowing the Grand Museum to send Jessamine to lead the dig.
Accessing Neypotzli requires having completed the Perilous Moons quest, which acts as an introduction to the prison and the bosses. The area is not multi combat, but a dwarven cannon can be set up for Slayer tasks within the caverns.
Getting there

</maplink>), which can be reached in the following ways:

- Taking the Quetzal Transport System to the Teomat, and then running around the west side of the mountain.
- Players with level 47 Agility may run south-east to the agility shortcut, then crossing the bridge west to the city entrance.
Layout
Antechamber
The antechamber is the first area in which players reach upon entering Neypotzli, and contains three accessible entrances that are used to explore further into the prison.
The obsidian icosahedron in the centre is the key to the naguanil magic that keeps the Moons of Peril imprisoned, reshaping the seals as they attempt to break them. Right-clicking "Visual-effects" on it allows players with visual impairments to toggle whether they'd like to disable the colourful transition effects in the prison.
Additionally, murals depicting the Moons of Peril are also found here, with inscriptions written in the Old Ones' language. Whilst it cannot be seen in game, Jessamine roughly translates it as "Here in Neypotzli, by ??? of earth and streams, have these emissaries of ??? been sealed, ??? ??? ???."
