Blighted super restore potions are a variant of super restore potion that can only be drunk while inside the Wilderness, PvP worlds, Castle Wars, Clan Wars, and Soul Wars. If a Prayer cape or ring of the gods (i) is equipped or a Prayer cape or holy wrench is in the player's inventory, the Prayer restore increases to 8 + 27% of the player's current Prayer level, rounded down. This does not affect the rate of restoration of stats other than Prayer.

4 can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 1 Last Man Standing point or at the Soul Wars Reward Shop for 10 Zeal Tokens. Unlike other potions, only the 4-dose variant is purchasable on the Grand Exchange.

Attempting to drink the potion outside the Wilderness prints the message The blighted potion can be used only in the Wilderness. However, the potion will act like a regular super restore potion in PvP worlds, which can be useful for Ironman accounts with limited access to prayer-restoring potions.
