Magic essence mix is a barbarian potion that boosts a player's Magic level by 3 and heals 6 Hitpoints. It is made by adding caviar to a magic essence(2), requiring level 61 Herblore and giving 43 experience. This mix can only be created after completing the Herblore part of the Barbarian Training miniquest with Otto Godblessed.

Note that using this on the Fairy Queen during Fairytale II - Cure a Queen will not cure her. Players must use a regular magic essence potion to cure her.

Drinking a sip of the potion gives the message "You drink the lumpy potion". If the player drinks all doses or empties the potion, it will become a regular empty vial.
