The smiths gloves (i) is a piece of the Smiths' Uniform set that is made from using smiths gloves and ice gloves on each other, combining the effects of both.

The gloves give a 20% chance of speeding up a smithing action performed at an anvil by 1 tick, it also gives a 20% chance to give increased progress on preforms in the Giants' Foundry; wearing the full set will increase this chance to 100%. They also allow players to pick up hot metal bars at the Blast Furnace and preforms in the Giants' Foundry without the need for a bucket of water to cool them down.

The Dismantle option allows the player to separate the gloves back into smiths gloves and ice gloves at no cost.

This item can be stored in the magic wardrobe of a costume room. It will use the same space as the non-iced smiths gloves and count as part of the full Smiths' Uniform for Ultimate Ironmen.
