Prospector Percy's Nugget Shop is a store owned by Prospector Percy, located in the Motherlode Mine. It only accepts golden nuggets as currency, which are obtained from washing pay-dirt. The Nugget Shop and Petrified Pete's Ore Shop are the only methods of obtaining the Prospector kit.

Note that bag full of gems, soft clay packs, and Prospector kit pieces bought elsewhere cannot be resold here.

At current Grand Exchange rates, each golden nugget is worth when purchasing . Alternatively, if a player buys per nugget.

A total of 380 golden nuggets are required to purchase all non-consumable items from the shop. Obtaining this many nuggets would require mining 12,160 pay-dirt on average, totaling a minimum of 912,000 experience.

Additional rewards

Prospector Percy also offers permanent upgrades within the Motherlode Mine via dialogue. He grants players with 57 Mining access to the upper level of the Motherlode Mine for 100 golden nuggets. He also allows players to use the hopper in the upper level for 50 golden nuggets, and can upgrade the capacity of the sack to hold 189 pay-dirt (up from 108) for 200 golden nuggets.

A total of 350 golden nuggets are required to purchase all upgrades. On average, this requires mining 11,200 pay-dirt, granting a minimum of 840,000 experience.
