The vitreous jelly is the superior variant of jellies. It has a 1/200 chance of spawning while on a Slayer task of jellies after purchasing the unlock Bigger and Badder for 150 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. There are no mechanical differences between the superior and regular Jellies, excepting the superior having slightly higher stats.

Trivia

The examine text refers to the song "Bootylicious" by Destiny's Child.
While ordinary jellies in the Wilderness Slayer Cave drop coins only 1000 at a time, Vitreous Jellies spawning in the same location receive no such change.
The design of the Vitreous Jelly is similar to a gelatinous cube, a classic Dungeons and Dragons monster.
