Overview

Main article: Agility training

All players start the Trailblazer Reloaded League with infinite run energy. The only benefits to training the Agility skill are the ability to access shortcuts, quest requirements, achievement diaries, and associated Trailblazer Reloaded League tasks.

If the Asgarnia area is unlocked, 10 marks of grace can be redeemed at the Rogues' Den for an amylase pack which is a secondary ingredient for making stamina potions. Stamina potions are needed for constructing the revitalisation pool in the player-owned house. Obtaining stamina potions is otherwise very difficult as it requires the Dr Jekyll random event or buying them from the supply chest in second round of the Theatre of Blood.

Weight-reducing clothing, specifically the boots of lightness, is necessary to complete the Temple of Ikov quest but is otherwise useless due to infinite run energy.

The Trickster relic provides the player with Sage's greaves that grant Agility XP that scales with Agility level while running and prevents failing Agility actions. World 380 is the unofficial world for using Sage's greaves to training agility by following other players in the Lumbridge castle courtyard.

Training

All players begin Trailblazer Reloaded League with level 10 Agility so that it can be trained in Misthalin.
