Magic is an attack type that is used primarily by weapons like staves and wands. In contrast to most melee weapons, magic weapons can be used to deal damage to non-adjacent opponents. Magic weapons are associated with the Magic combat skill. They can be divided into items that can autocast combat spells from specific spellbooks, and weapons with built-in spells that are typically charged with runes and various tokens.

+8 Requires Magic 75 and Defence 65 to wear, and gives +3% Magic damage. The 3rd age mage hat provides the same accuracy bonus and only requires Magic 65 and Defence 30 to wear, but has no Melee Defence or Magic damage bonuses.
+15 Requires Magic 65 and Defence 30 to wear. An Occult necklace may be preferred due to its 5% Magic damage bonus and lower cost, at the cost of 3 Magic Attack.
+35 Requires Magic 75 and Defence 65 to wear, and gives +3% Magic damage.
+26 Requires Magic 75 and Defence 65 to wear, and gives +3% Magic damage.

+35 Requires Magic 85 to wield, and has a passive effect that triples the magic accuracy bonuses when using its built-in spell.
TOTAL +501 +194 if using a Purging staff and Elidinis' ward (f). This is the highest possible accuracy bonus as of the release of While Guthix Sleeps when casting any spell other than the built-in spell of Tumeken's shadow.
