Partisans are one-handed melee weapons that are similar to hastae, albeit with combat stats balanced between stab and crush, and no access to a slash attack style. Currently, the only partisan, the keris partisan, is obtained as a reward from the quest Beneath Cursed Sands. Notably, it can also be upgraded with jewels rewarded from the Tombs of Amascut. Unlike hastae, partisans cannot be poisoned by any means.

Partisans may be confused for hastae or mjolnirs, though these are distinct weapon types. Due to their one-handed nature, partisans may be wielded in conjunction with a shield or defender which provide additional bonuses.
