Platebody shops are a type of store throughout Gielinor. The stores are represented by a 
icon. Platebody shops sell platebodies. There are 6 dedicated platebody shops in RuneScape.

- Horvik's Armour Shop in Varrock. It sells platebodies from bronze to mithril platebodies, not including white platebodies.
Members
- Aneirin's Armour in Prifddinas. It sells platebodies from mithril to adamant platebodies.
- Armour Shop in Jatizso. It sells mithril platebodies.
- Myths' Guild Armoury in the Myths' Guild. While not directly selling platebodies, it sells dragon metal shards, which are used to create dragon platebodies.
- TzHaar-Hur-Zal's Equipment Store in Mor Ul Rek. It sells obsidian platebodies.
- Zenesha's Plate Mail Body Shop in East Ardougne. It sells platebodies from bronze to mithril platebodies, not including white platebodies.

- Oziach in Edgeville. Officially an armour shop, it also sells rune platebodies. Requires completion of the Dragon Slayer I quest to access.
- Valaine's Shop of Champions. in Champions' Guild. Officially an armour shop, it also sells adamant platebodies. Requires 32 quest points to access.

- Armour store. in Keldagrim. Officially an armour shop, it also sells platebodies from mithril to rune platebodies.
- White Knight Armoury in White Knights' Castle. Officially a combat shop, it is the only shop to sell white platebodies. Requires completion of the Wanted! quest to access and the player must have killed 800 black knights.
