Calvar'ion is a weaker variant of Vet'ion who is fought in the Skeletal Tomb, a singles-plus combat area in level 21 Wilderness. To access Calvar'ion, players must have completed the medium Wilderness diary.

Compared to Vet'ion, the fight is quicker and safer at the cost of an overall lower loot value.

Killing Calvar'ion counts as a Vet'ion alternative for a slayer Boss task, the elite Wilderness diary task, and the combat achievements.

Before Killing Calvar'ion players should note that the Wilderness Teleport delay also affects the commonly used Royal seed pod. When entering Artio, Callisto, Cal'varion, Vet'ion, Spindel or Venenatis' lairs, a 3 tick (1.8s) teleport delay is enforced if the player has not completed the hard Wilderness diary.

Trivia

Its name comes from "calvāria", meaning "skull" in Latin.
