The shadow ancient sceptre is a sceptre requiring 75 Magic, 60 Strength, and 50 Attack to wield. It is made by attaching the shadow quartz, dropped by The Whisperer, to the ancient sceptre; this process can be reversed, allowing players to switch between quartzes as desired.

Like its predecessor, it will increase the effects of Ancient Magicks by 10%, with the added effect of lowering the target's Attack, Strength, and Defence levels when casting shadow spells.
