Steel arrowtips are made with a steel bar requiring 35 Smithing, yielding 37.5 Smithing experience and 15 steel arrowtips. They are made into steel arrows when used with headless arrows, requiring 30 Fletching, yielding 75 experience per 15 arrows.

At 47 Thieving, they can be stolen from chests in Hemenster, Rellekka, and West Ardougne.

There is an item spawn in the northern section of the Edgeville Dungeon at level 10 Wilderness by the earth warriors.
